Arrival & Departure
The apartment will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM and leave it broom clean.
Cancellation Policy
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and plans need to be changed. While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, we offer the following cancellation conditions (in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code):
- Cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival: The deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation 29 to 14 days before your arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- Cancellation 13 days up to the planned arrival day: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show or early departure, unfortunately, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.
To protect yourself from these costs, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, such as from European holiday cancellation cover. This way, you can plan with peace of mind and look forward to your stay.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our apartments. We appreciate your understanding.
The price is always valid for two people; each additional person costs +€15 to €20 per night.
Prices vary based on the season, length of stay, and occupancy. Early bookers benefit from advantageous offers.
A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and older) is not included in the price and must be paid on-site.
The standard final cleaning is included, and the inventory will be checked upon departure. If a special final cleaning is required or if there are any damages to the apartment or the farm, please inform us. Any additional costs will be borne by the guest.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booked price is required.
